How does AWR work?

Easy! Just sign up for a plan and you can start tracking keyword rankings right away.

AWR delivers your keyword rankings with the frequency of your choice: daily, weekly, twice a month or monthly. You can also request for on-demand ranking updates for pitches or special projects.

Who is it for?

AWR is a web-based rank tracking and reporting service, capable to deliver localized rankings with pinpoint accuracy.

With a friendly and intuitive user interface, AWR is suitable for anyone who is looking for reliable and secure data, competitor rankings and comprehensive graphs over time.

Will my website get penalized by Google if I use AWR?

No. The AWR does not send your URL or any other identifiable data to the search engines.

We only send a keyword related query, and when the data is received, we locally look up for your sites in the returned results. The rank tracking process is completely anonymous.

Can I remove the AWR branding on my client's accounts?

Yes! You can easily remove all references to us and display your own company domain by enabling the White Label mode.

How does the monthly billing work?

Monthly billing level is determined by the number of keyword rankings assigned for all the projects in your account. All projects in an account are independent of each other. This means that if a keyword is in two projects, it will be counted twice from the total number of keyword rankings available in your subscription.

The monthly billing is automatically charged to the credit card you used when making the subscription, on the same day each month. Unused keyword rankings in a month are not rolled on to the following month.

What happens if my keywords exceed the monthly subscription?

The AWR subscription displays an estimated consumption progress for your keyword ranking units at all times. When the estimated consumption reaches 90% of the monthly resources available in your subscription, you will receive an automatic email notification.

You will not be upgraded automatically to the next subscription level unless you perform the Upgrade action manually, from your Account Settings.

If you choose not to upgrade your subscription, keyword rankings that exceed the number of available resources will not be retrieved by the application.

What are keyword ranking units?

AWR comes with a flexible offer, to better serve your needs. Therefore, our plans are based on keyword ranking units.

A keyword unit means a single keyword checked in a single search engine with a search depth of 5 pages. Each subscription comes with a maximum number of keyword ranking units that you can use in a month.

You can split your keyword units any way you want for weekly or daily updates, across multiple search engines.

What does "search depth" mean?

The search depth in AWR refers to the number of search engine result pages that AWR will process to retrieve data for your keywords. The default search depth is set to 5 pages.

This means that the service will retrieve the top 50 results from the search engines, but you can change the depth to 10 pages if you want to monitor search engine positions beyond the 5th page of the results list.

Do you have a 30 day money back guarantee?

Yes. If within 30 days from the initial subscription, you decide that you do not want to use the AWR anymore, we will refund your money, no questions asked.

After the initial 30 days, you can cancel the subscription at anytime. The subscription will end at the end of your current paid month.

Can I upgrade to a higher plan at any time?

Yes. If you need more keyword rankings or reports to share online with your clients, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time you want.

The upgrade will be effective immediately after you receive the purchase confirmation email. This usually happens in just a few minutes.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. AWR works as a monthly based subscription. Each month, you get a number of keyword rankings and reports to share with your clients, according to the plan you have chosen.

You can switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription at any time you want. If you sign up for one of our annual plans, you may not switch to a different plan or cancel the subscription earlier than 1 year.

Can you create a custom plan?

Yes. We can create custom packages for agencies with a large volume of keywords and search engines, and also for very large sites.

Do you offer discounts for annual plans?

You bet! We currently offer 10% off for 1 year subscriptions. If within 30 days from the initial subscription, you decide that you do not want to use the AWR anymore, we will refund your money, no questions asked. See our Refund policy for more details

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard , PayPal payments, mailed cheque and direct bank transfers. We recommend you use a credit card or PayPal because the other methods may delay your order until the payment is actually received.

What happens after the 30-day free trial?

To continue using AWR and maintain your ranking updates running, you need to upgrade your account to a paid subscription before the trial expires.

Otherwise, your account will be suspended and you will no longer have access your data. You will still be able to log in and upgrade to a paid subscription.

We save your account information for another 30 days after your free trial ends. After that period, your account information and all the related data will be permanently removed from our system.

Is my data and payment secure?

Yes. In order to protect our customers, the order forms on our website are run on a secure server, utilizing encryption technology to safeguard all credit card transactions from unauthorized viewing.

Your personal information is kept secure and will not be transferred to other parties. Also our web service uses SSL encryption in order to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and use.
